Dear Mr. President

Putin and his war. Since the 24 February 2022 I had the song „Dear Mr. President“ in my mind and I had the feeling that I need to change some passages of it to express what I am feeling.

I hope the songwriter and artist P!NK doesn’t mind. I think she understands.

What do you feel when you see all the Ukraines on the street?
Who do you pray for at night before you go to sleep?
What do you feel when you look in the mirror?
Are you proud?

How do you walk with your head held high?
Can you even look me in the eye
And tell me why?

What kind of leader would take his own brothers rights away?

I can’t even imagine what Russians have to say
You’ve forgotten to ask them about your way.
